The DIY option is a simple facility rental that gives you full flexibility to create your own experience. You’ll handle all place settings, décor, and food and beverage—whether you choose to bring in a caterer or provide everything yourself, as no food is included with this package. This option is ideal if you want to personalize your theme and setup.
You’ll have exclusive use of the rink for two hours (with the possibility of additional time for an added cost, depending on availability), and skating with skate rental is included, with optional attractions available for an extra fee. A DJ is provided, though this package does not include a host. It’s a great choice for large birthday parties and group events.
Please note that scheduling includes a 10–15 minute grace period for entry before your start time.

Perfect for smaller groups, our Public Birthday Parties can accommodate up to 25 people total. This includes all skaters, spectators, children, and supervising adults. If your guest list exceeds 25, check out our Private Birthday Party Packages for more flexibility. See packages below!

Fridays: 6:00pm-9:00pm
Saturday – Sunday: Open availability
***We also have availability during most School Out Skates and during the Summer Schedule when we have weekday public skating hours, we follow the Poudre School District calendar.
If you book a Public Birthday Party option, then you may bring in birthday dessert; cake, cupcakes, etc. to be served in the party area. NO OTHER FOOD AND NO BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT IN. Upon check-in, our staff will store these food items until time for the 1-hour party area rental.
For Exclusive birthday options:
You would provide the cake. If you’d like to bring additional food/drink, to accompany the pizza that we provide, you are welcome to do so!

You must book a party packet to be allowed to bring a cake
During open/public skating hours, outside food is not allowed in the open snack bar or public areas of our facility. So, public party groups must keep the cake in the party area that is reserved for the middle hour
*general snack bar area – the general snack bar area is the seating area with tables in our snack bar that, during open skating, is used by the public
