These rules are in place to ensure a safe, fun, and enjoyable experience for everyone at Rollerland Skate Center. By entering the facility, you agree to the following:
Skate at Your Own Risk: Rollerland is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or death.
Family-Appropriate Clothing: All clothing must be suitable for a family-friendly environment.
Respectful Behavior Required: Patrons are expected to always act respectfully and courteously toward others.
No Outside Food or Drinks: Outside food, beverages, or gifts are not allowed during public skating sessions. ONLY those who have booked a party package are permitted to bring in cake and presents only. For birthday party details, visit our Birthday Parties tab.
Snack Bar Seating: General snack bar tables cannot be reserved or decorated during public session.
No Re-Entry: Once you leave the facility, re-entry is not allowed. Loitering around the building is prohibited.
No Alcohol or Marijuana: Alcoholic beverages and anyone under the influence of alcohol or marijuana are not permitted. Patrons smelling of marijuana may be asked to leave.
Skates and Safety: Personal skates are subject to inspection and approval prior to entering the facility. Skates with missing or damaged brakes, toe stops, or with unapproved wheels will not be allowed. Reckless skating, weaving, tag, or any activity endangering others is strictly prohibited.
Facility Etiquette: Please do not sit on walls, railings, tables, or counters. All food and drinks must stay in the snack bar area, and gum chewing is not allowed.
Socks Required for Rentals: All patrons renting skates must wear socks. When returning skates, please tuck shoelaces inside.
Personal Belongings: Rollerland is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please consider renting a locker for an added layer of protection of personal property. No belongings are allowed in the snack bar seating area.
Foul Language Prohibited: Use of inappropriate or offensive language is not permitted.
Parent Spectators Only: For the safety of all guests, only parents or guardians are allowed as spectators.
Management Inspections: Management reserves the right to inspect lockers, bags, skate cases, and other personal belongings upon entry or exit.
Service Animals Only: Only on-duty service dogs are allowed. Emotional support animals are not permitted and are not covered by ADA provisions.
No Pets Allowed: For the safety of our skaters and consideration of allergies, pets are not allowed.
Photography & Video Use: Management reserves the right to take photographs or videos of all persons within the facility. These materials may be used on our website, social media, or other promotional materials. By entering the facility, you agree to be photographed or recorded and acknowledge that you are not entitled to any compensation for such use. Furthermore, you release Rollerland Skate Center from any liability related to the use of these materials.
Video/Audio Recording in Use: The facility is equipped with video and audio recording devices for the safety and security of all patrons.
No Filming or Photography: Permission from management is required for any filming or photography.
Report Accidents Immediately: Please inform management of any accidents or injuries.
Management Rights: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone not adhering to these rules.
